New 2000DS film coming soon

The story of 2000DS. Life and death on the road with the most anarchic punk band to ever come out of the Welsh valleys. 

This story starts with the discovery of a suitcase full of videotapes and a series of flashbacks to the 1980s & ’90s, as seen through the eyes of Josie and her brother Gwyn.  They were once traveller kids who lived outside the law, protected by their anarchist parents as they toured the major squat venues of America & Europe, in their cult punk band 2000 DS.

We join them ten years after the road accident that killed their family and destroyed the band.  Gwyn & Josie experienced traumatic injuries and Josie went through a coma and had heavy amnesia, from which she has still not fully recovered.

By watching the old videotapes some of Josie’s memories have been triggered by the footage and as one of the main interviewees she leads us through the story of the band’s remarkable history.
