Put
together to show what we feel about the jubilee and the way it seems
to be bringing the ghosts of a 1000 punk rockers back into the oh
so boring music bizz to try and cash in on the comeback wagon, which
as we well know is exactly the way that punk established itself to
throw out the rock, pop and hippy monopolies.
The song draws
comparisons between the golden jubilee and the gold discs hanging on the
walls of old punks who obviously ain't got the savvy to use what punk rock
gave them and pass on their knowledge to the youth of today so they can
break throo in the music scene and be part of the new move which we all
need after the techno holocaust; but no, it's back to the old names with
the same games and music bizz aims. Hopefully it's the last chance these
musos who were once gobbing on life to say their final goodbyes. Golden
